bt's recording  "styrofoam island" has been out for a long time  You can download it for free at traktor7's site or you can buy it very cheaply (these days) at newbury comics.

Last Halloween we sort of pretended to be the Bad Brains at Great Scott's in Allston.  I think we played The Regulator, Big Takeover, I, Intro, Don't Bother Me, Outro, Banned in D.C. and one or two others.  We have an audience recording of this somewhere.  Maybe we will post it at some point.
